How to delete cookies in your browser

If you're experiencing slow loading or freezing on the Skyeng platform or website, it could be due to issues with your browser. One possible solution to speed up its operation is to clear your cookies. 

Please note that clearing cookies will end active sessions and log you out of all websites you're currently signed into. After clearing cookies, you'll need to re-enter your logins and passwords for each site.

Google Chrome

Follow the link and sign into your personal user account.

  1. Click the icon on the left side of the address bar.
  2. Click “Cookies and site data”.

  4. In the window that opens, use the trash can icon to delete the addresses from the “Data from the site you’re visiting” and “Data from embedded sites” sections, and then click “Done”.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Follow the link and sign into your personal user account.
  2. Click the icon on the left side of the address bar.
  3. In the window that opens click “Clear cookies and site data…”.

  4. Confirm the action by clicking on the "Remove" button.

  1. Follow the link and sign into your personal user account.
  2. Click on the padlock icon on the left side of the address bar.
  3. Select “Cookies and site data”.

  1. Go to the website skyeng.ru.
  2. Click on the padlock icon on the left side of the address bar.

  5. In the window that opens, use the trash can icon to delete the addresses from the “Data from the site you’re visiting” section, and then click “Done”.

Safari

  1. Select Safari → “Preferences…” → “Privacy”.
  2. Click on the "Manage Website Data" button. In the search bar at the top-right corner of the window, type "Skyeng" to filter the results. Then click the "Remove All" button.
