What is automatic confirmation?

When a new student meets all the requirements you set up in your profile, they will automatically be added to your timetable without waiting for a confirmation from you. This is what we call the «automatic confirmation».

How does automatic confirmation work?

The automatic search engine matches the data on your profile with student data. To avoid any mistakes, the automatic confirmation will trigger only once all the requirements are met.

• The student timetable has to match the open slots on your schedule.
• The student has their report card filled in after the initial lesson.
• You teach a course that fits the student’s needs.
• You’ve indicated that you’re willing to teach students at this English skill level.
• You’ve indicated that you’re willing to teach students of this age.
• The student is in the same department as you. A corporate student, for instance, will never be assigned to a teacher of the general school.
• We understand that you need some time to prepare for the new student, so there’s a 24-hour gap to the first lesson with them.

If any one of the conditions is not met, you will receive a request to make a decision on a specific student.

If a student is assigned automatically, you will receive a notification in your account.

Why do we need automatic confirmation?

Automatic confirmation saves time for students and teachers. If all the criteria are met, there’s no need to wait for a teacher to be selected by hand—this way, lessons can start much earlier.
