How to remove malware from your computer

Below you will find a list of programs that will work if you have Windows. If you have macOS, then the check is not required

Malwarebytes

✅ Open your browser and follow the link https://www.malwarebytes.com

✅ Click the yellow button «Free Download»

✅ Once your download completes, open up the «Malwarebytes Setup Application». The Malwarebytes installation process will begin. Select where you are choosing to save Malwarebytes and continue through the setup wizard by selecting «Advanced Options».

✅ After installation, Malwarebytes will open and your 14 day premium trial of Malwarebytes will start.

✅ To scan for Malware on your computer left click «Scan».

✅ Following the completion of your scan you will be greeted with a threat scan summary. If any malware was detected Malwarebytes will guide you through the process of quarantining or removing infected files. If a false positive is detected you will also have the option to restore the file if it was quarantined by Malwarebytes.

✅ Follow this link, put two checkmarks ✓ next to the agreements, click the «Download» button.

✅ In the window that opens, enter your first and last names and email (this is where you will receive a link to download the application) → check the box next to the agreement to the terms of privacy policy and processing of personal data → click the «Send» button.

✅ In few minutes you will receive an email called «Your link to download Dr.Web CureIt!» → follow the link in the email → download will start.

✅ Run the file.

✅ Check the box in order to participate in the CureIt program and press «Continue» → then start the scan by clicking the button «Start scanning».

✅ When scanning is complete, click the «Neutralize» button.

Kaspersky Free

✅ Follow the link and download the app.

✅ Install it on your computer.

✅ After installation, run the program and scan your computer.
