How to check if your computer meets the minimum requirements​​

Instructions for Windows

✅ In the Start menu click on the "Settings" button. This will open the Settings window:

✅ In the Settings window, select the "System" section. Scroll down to find and click on the "About" tab. This will display detailed information about your system.

✅ In the About section, you will find information about your device, including the processor, memory (RAM), and operating system.

Instructions for macOS

✅ The System Information app offers comprehensive details regarding your Mac's hardware and software, as well as network and external devices.

✅ Click on the Apple menu located in the top-left corner of your screen. Select "About This Mac" from the dropdown menu. This will open an overview of your Mac, displaying information such as your Mac model, processor, memory, serial number, and macOS version. To access more detailed system information, click on the "System Report" button.

✅ To directly open the System Information app on your Mac, press and hold the Option key on your keyboard. While holding the Option key, click on the Apple menu and select "System Information". You can also use Spotlight to quickly find and open the System Information app. Simply press Command + Spacebar to open Spotlight, then type "System Information" and press Enter. Alternatively, you can navigate to the Utilities subfolder within your Applications folder and open the System Information app from there.

✅ Once the System Information app is open, you'll have access to a comprehensive report detailing various aspects of your Mac's hardware and software configuration, network settings, and connected peripherals:

If your ping readings fall below the minimum specifications, please get in touch with your Internet service provider to address the issue promptly.
