Reminder to open up recruitment and time slots in your schedule

If you are on an official break following a proper vacation procedure, you might still get this reminder on your schedule, but you can safely disregard it.

As a teacher, you have to have no less than 12 full hours a week open for lessons, so that we can have a fruitful cooperation. This rule is even included in the job offer. If, for some reason, you have less than that amount on your schedule, you may receive a reminder.

What should you do if you receive this reminder?

  • Open up the missing time slots in your schedule to accept new students.
  • Make sure you have recruitment enabled (unless it was specifically limited by the school).
  • Even if recruitment is limited by the school, you should still have the required amount of hours open.

Why do you have to have no less than 12 hours open?

Having no less than 12 hours a week open for lesson is a necessary condition for a cooperation with our school. We even have this reflected in the job offer. This condition allows us to provide teachers with a constant influx of students and a stable workflow.

The job offer conditions may vary for different products and subjects, save for this one: you should always have at least 12 hours open in a week.

Not following the conditions of the job offer might serve as a grounds for termination of your contract, so make sure you keep an eye out for this.
