Students feedback

Students can leave their feedback after a Club session via a chat message to the school's support team from their personal account or using the link provided by the teacher at the end of every Club session. If this feedback is negative (or if there's a complaint), it's forwarded to the Club manager, who will, in turn, conduct an audit of the session to confirm or dismis the complaint.

If the complaint is confirmed, the teacher will receive a message from the Club manager via Mattermost with recommendations on improving the experience in the future. Please, make sure you follow these recommendations and implement them in your future sessions.
