The audit process for speaking clubs adheres to the specific criteria. 

How many speaking clubs are audited? 

Each leader is subject to the audit of two speaking clubs per month, comprising one regular club and one special club (such as games or project clubs), if applicable.

Which speaking clubs are subject to audit?

The audit covers classic clubs, Speak in Pairs sessions (irrespective of duration), and Special clubs, including games or project clubs, or other special activities.

Where can I view the audit results? 

Audit results are communicated via email from the Quality Control team to the email address specified in the teacher’s personal account. The email includes an overall score and a detailed breakdown of the audit results.

What should I do if I disagree with the audit results?

If you have concerns or disagree with the audit results, please reach out to the manager of the Speaking Clubs for further discussion and resolution.

How soon can I expect a response? 

You can anticipate receiving a response within 24 hours of contacting the Speaking Clubs manager.
